PAYMENT
- Payment via paypal/kofi in USD.
- No refunds. Filing a PayPal chargeback or dispute without contacting me first will result in an immediate blacklist, loss of ownership rights to the design (which will be put back up for resale), and a public warning.
- Payment plan/holds:
- You must pay at least a 25% down payment within 48 hours of winning the auction.
- This payment is non-refundable. Even if you decide you do not want to pay for the adoptable after making the deposit, the down payment cannot be refunded.
- You must pay within 3 weeks of initial deposit.
- Files are only sent after full payment.
- If full payment is not completed within 3 weeks and no communication is made to extend the deadline, the payment plan will be considered abandoned. The adoptable will be re-listed and the deposit will be retained.PRODUCT
- After payment, you will receive the files of the adopt, both with background and without background. If the adopt has extra artwork, you will receive that separately as well. Watermark will be removed.AUCTIONS
- You can offer the any price you think is right through dms. Note: Twitter dms are prone to being lost, so you may dm my discord (@angxlberri) if you fear that may be the case.
- Auctions end 48 hours after the last bid.
If the winner of the auction is not choosing to use a payment plan, they must pay within 48 hours of the end of the auction.COMMERCIAL USAGE
- Commercial usage is +70% of the original price.
- Commercial usage includes:
Vtubers
Merchandise/physical goods
Streaming usage
Publication
Branding
Monetization
- If the adopt has already been purchased with personal use, commercial use can be purchased separately at any time.RAFFLE ADOPTS
- If you won an adopt through a raffle, you have personal usage unless specified.
- You cannot sell it unless paid commission value is added.
- You may gift, trade/exchange for other adopts or for art.PROHIBITED
Do not:
- claim the design as yours
- trace over it
- modify it to a point where it is barely recognizable
- use it without purchase
- use it for AI/NFT
- use it in ways that promote hateful behavior, racism, homophobia, bigotry, etc.PERMITTED
You may:
- slightly modify the design
- gift/trade/exchange it
sell at equal or lesser price unless paid commissions are attached
- If you gift/sell the design to someone else, pleas notify me of the change in ownership so I can change the records in my ownership logs.ARTIST RIGHTS
- I have the right to display the art in my portfolio or post it on my social media.
- I can refuse to sell an adopt to a client for any reason (history of not fulfilling payment, known for disobeying artist rules)
- Please give me proper credit as the designer when needed.
